Cece did a wonderful job with my hair!! I was long overdue for color and haircut and she absolutely nailed it. She made it look exactly the way I wanted it!! We did balayage and haircut, she took her time, she made sure everything was perfect and I truly appreciate that. This was my first time seeing her and I will definitely be back!! This was my first time with CeCe! I’m not big on getting my hair done or most things self care, but my experience with CeCe made me feel so comfortable and I loved every moment of it.
